The hood begins as a gather above the chest area. The hood itself is not traditional hoodie. It is more similar to a big ruffled cowl neck piece. I can function either as a neck piece or a hood.
The bottom part is a balloon skirt shape, which gathers in big pleats then is sewn on the inside to create volume.
