  Tiara dress with new detail. 2 full layers with ruffle/fringe on the bottom.
  
  Elegant cotton/silk blend . Made into simple, romantic dress. Sleeveless with wide armhole.Gathered in tiers, with double pleats detail on the chest area, full circle. Fully lined with sweet detail on the bottom. We add more detail in the lining, trimmed with lace then add a ruffle fringe on the bottom part. The outer part also has the fringe on the bottom. It swing and flow along your every move.
  
  Great for layering over same color, or contrast color. with belt of without.
  Idea for mix and match?
  - pair with lovely lace jacket, belted and wear with a cut off boot.
  - pair with cardigan in cordinated color or contrast color.
